M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over a Coat of Exterior Primer of same manufacturer as that of paint on newly plastered walls/ ceiling, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including necessary preparation of surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for One coat of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] by using auto roller/ airless sprayer on old painted Walls/ ceilings, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including necessary preparation of surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) The contractor shall carryout Weather proof Exterior Emulsion Painting under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Weather proof Exterior Emulsion Painting through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.
M & L for Two coats of Cement Based paint over a coat of Alkali Resistant Primer by using auto roller/ airless sprayer on newly plastered Walls/ ceilings, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including necessary preparation of surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Cement Babsed Painting under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Cement Based Painting through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.
