Erection Work

Earthing of support with M.S. Earth rod of 2.5 meter long by hammaring of M.S. Rod to proper depth and connecting the earth electrode with the helpof G.I. wire as per construction manual.

Fabrication of M.S. Channel Angle iron after cutting in required sizes with drilling of holes upto good finish for top channel, bracing and special type bracket etc. as per RESSPO sehedule and local approved drawing.

Excavation of earth for Stay pit of size 0.6x0.6x1.2mtr in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed complete work

Fixing , tightening and nozzaling of 33 KV Stay with pole and stay rod on required tension as per drawing / RESSPO manual.

Grouting of Stay in size 0.6x0.6x0.3 in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 graded stone 20mm nominal size : 8 coarse sand ) block including cost of Cement,sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, leveling as per RESSPO Manual.

Excavation of earth for pole pit of size 0.9x0.6x1/6 of full length of pole for erection of pole in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed complete work

Erection of SP 72 Single support pole in proper level and alignment alongwith fixing of all accessories, like top channel & clamps as per RESSPO construction Manual.

Erection of SP 72 Double support pole in proper level and alignment alongwith fixing of all accessories, like top channel & clamps as per RESSPO construction Manual.

Grouting of pole in size 0.45x0.45x1/9 of the support in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 graded stone 20mm nominal size : 8 coarse sand ) block including cost of Cement,sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, leveling as per RESSPO construction Manual.

Muffing of poles size 0.45 cm x 0.60 cm radious with cc 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone 10mm nominal size) block size 45cm height from ground level including cost of cement, stone and sand etc.

Digging of trench of size 0.60x0.15 x 1.5 mtr. and laying of underground 33 KV XLPE cable with making of brick housing and filling of sand including filling of earth with ramming. & repairing of road including cost of cement sand and stone blast

Laying of 11KV Cable in 1.5 mtr depth with suitable trencheless technology including laying in trench with HDPE pipe PE 80 PN 6 & having dia 160 mm conferming to IS 4984/1995 & having thickness 9.1 to 10.3mm.

Laying, Spreading, Stringing and sagging of Dog Conductor in HT line.

Laying, Spreading, Stringing and sagging of Panther Conductor in HT line.

Guarding of 33 KV Line over (Telephone / Road / L.T. line crossing as per drawing with 6/8 SWG G.I. wire including fixing of guarding channel/ angle as per RESSPO manual.

Making of section pole for existing LT/HT/33KV line complete in all respect.

Fixing of 11 KV jointing Kit

Cartage of ST SP 72 pole Poles from store centre to construction site with loading, unloading at both points. (loading, unloading pluse carriage per pole) and proper stacking.

Cartage of other material (other than poles) by vehicle fro Store Center to nearest construction site Store including loading and unloading at both ends.

Head load cartage of STP SP 72 Poles from road to site

Head load cartage of Small material including loading and Unloading.
