Cleaning of PVC/RCC tank in following operation complete such as-

Dewatering the water from tank, removing all silt dirt etc from insite tank and mouth of delivery pipe of the tank, there after cleaning/rubbing inner/outer surface using bleaching and fresh water and preventing leakage/ seapage from sides of inlet and out let and washout pipe complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- charge including writing the date of cleaning in 3 cm high letters on the tank of following sizes-

Exc. 4500 Ltr to 10000 Ltr capacity tank.

Replacing of existing filter media consisting of gravel and sand in filter bed having filtration capacity 187500 Ltr per hr, cleaning of filter bed, refilling of filter bed with existing groves after carrying out necessary cleaning as per details given below all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the existing filter media consisting of grounds and sand, spreading and leveling out side for refilling, cleaning the surface, walls, bed sand Nozzles with wire brushes and cleaning the walls with bleaching power solution, washing with fresh water and finally washing the complete filter bed twice with Anti bacterial spray and ultra violet radiation treatment etc complete all respect, Anti bacterial spray and ultra violet radiation treatment, Vacuum cleaning etc complete.

Refilling the filter media in the filter bed, gravels (pebbles) removed from the existing filter media after the washing pebbles with 5% concentrated solution of Hydrochloric Acid (HCL) and treatment with 10% concentrated solution of NAOH (sodium Hydro Oxide) and laying and stacking in different layers into filter beds as per details given as under :-

Supply and fix in replacement on pole, in trench, on floor and on over head tanks up to the height 7.5 mtr cable LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 2 core 10 sqmm. including taking up/down the old. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent item.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with top of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to the copper strip 20 X 3.15 mm as earth lead by means of bolts nuts, check nuts and washer of copper/brass including necessary earth work PCC 1:3:6 type C2 earth chamber, RCC cover (instead of CI frame and cover) etc complete all as shown in plate No 5 of MES schedule part I including testing on completion.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40 mm graded aggreded in foundations of valve chamber and header etc.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20 mm graded aggreded for coping of valve chamber and header etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone massonary in CM 1:4 complete.

M&L for MS work for clamps, plate covers of valve chambers fabricated from structural steel incl nuts,bolts,welding, bending, drilling etc complete all as darected incl painting over a coat of red oxide including dismentaling of old rusted MS work.

S & F in replacement on overhead tank wire netting of stainless steel wire 1.4 mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples , (size of wiremess 12mm ) incl necessary stainless steel bracket in any length and fixing acessories like PVC plugs , brass screws etc.
