Cutting in earth work in by mechanical mean in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work , Jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering where required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer-in - charge at site, according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990( One Thousand Nine Hundred ninety) Volume-I (One) and sorting out useful and unuseful matreial and Transportation of the unuseful matreial for disposing at dumping site ( To be arranged by the Contractor) as per satisfacation of Engineer -in- Charge through all modes of transportation including head load , animal load or mechnical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechnical means and labour( If required). All useful material such as stone , shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per direction of the Engineer -in -charfe . The recovery for stones, weather useful or not, for the minimum quatom of 99.52 cubic meter @ Rupee 300/- Only (Rupees. Three hundred) per cubic meter shall be effected on pro rata basis in all circumstances. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect including all incidental charges.

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen 80/100 grade/VG-10 on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00 Kg ( at the rate of Zero point seven zero to One kilograme ) per square meter using mechanical means as per Technical Specification clause-502 as per HP.PWD., specification of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion ( RS-I )/VG-10 using emulsion distributor 0.25-0.30 Kg ( Zero point twenty five to zero point three zero kilograme ) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause-503 as per HP.PWD., specification of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing,laying & rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty milimeter ) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm ( Thirteen point two milimeter to five point six milimeter ) aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen/VG-10 grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade & level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant,laying & rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level & grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-B as per Technical specification clause 508 by mechanical means using bitumen ( S-90 )/VG-10 grade bitumen as per HP.PWD., specification of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing & laying seal coat,sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade & cross fall using Type-B as per techanical Specification clause 510 by mechanical means using bitumen ( S-90 )/VG-10 bitumen as per HP.PWD., specification of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
