Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and laid in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and fair. etc complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick work in two coats (1st coat 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and top coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC shall be measured and paid saperately) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles (300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick cement back coat in CM 1: 4 as on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados, etc incl Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing debries off the premisis.complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/ path incl finishing the surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square / rectangular ) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed inwhite or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floors incl Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing debries off the premisis.complete all as specified and directed

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 to 25 mm thick with 100mm white marble boarder laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete as in kitchen floor over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified & directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 to 25 mm thick in steps, skirting, dada and piller laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete as in kitchen floor over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified & directed.

M & L for cement concrete interlocking grey tiles 80 mm thick with coloured cement and no pigment laid dry with 25 mm thick sand cushioning over PCC bed ( PCC bed to be paid sapretely). all as specified & directed.
