Supply of approved make brand new water lubricated Vertical Turbine type pump set conforming to relevent IS to pump water against the following duty conditions including Bowl Assembley and M.S flanged column pipe of suitable dia and required accessories for the pump. The pump sets shall be coupled (Central coupling) with motor specified in item No.2 given below. Impeller-Bronze LT B2 Shaft-SS316 Casing - Cast Iron Neck ring - Bronze LT B2, Sleeve - SS316 Discharge - 18 LPS Head - 105.00m Pumpingmain - 150mm CI, 1620 m overall minimum efficiency - 70%

Supply of reputed make brand new best quality 3 phase 415v, 50HzAC copper worund high efficiency TEFC, squirrel cage induction motor conforming to suitable IS with non-reversible ratchet arrangement and necessary coupling arrangements, suitable in all respect to be coupled( Central coupling) and drive pumpin item No.1 (The pump, Motor and all accessories performance must be warrantied for 2 years )

Supply of wall mounting MS fabricatedelectrical panel board of minimum thickness 14 guage and painted corrosion resistive paint with following accessories. a). Brand new HRC type main switch confirming to relevent IS specification with HRC fuse unit-1 No. b).100mm size flush mounting type volt meter make to read up to 500volt conforming to relevent IS specification- 1 No. c).100mm size flush mounting type ammeter conforming to relevent IS specification- 1 No. d).Single phasing preventor conforming to relevent IS specification- 1 No. e) .Dry run preventor conforming to relevent IS specification- 1 No. f). Suitable power factor improvement capacitor of required capacity conforming to relevent IS specification- 1 No. g). Neon type indicating lamps with separate fuse switch- 3 Nos.

Supply and errection of suitable change over switch.

Supply of best quality / suitable size CI/D/F ISI marked sluice valve

Supply of best quality / suitable size CI/D/F ISI marked heavy duty reflux valve

Supplyin PVC insulated copper conducted cable with ISI mark suitable to supplied motor as per IE rules.

3 phase wiring from supply point to incoming circuit breaker and switch board to starter, starter to motor etc. with armoured PVC insulated copper conductor cable in required No. of runs as per IE rules with required current carrying capacity including fixing of all electrical installationsuitable to two pump set combination as per the direction of departmental officers.

Supply of all earthing materials for earthing the motor, panel board and all electrical items as per IE rules

Supply of MS specials required for connectin the outlet of the pump set to the pmping main arrangements for smooth commissioning of above pump set.

Erection of pumpsets, motor valves, panel boards satisfying KSEB and electrical installations as IE rules including civil works for fittig, errection pipe, connection and delivery main, cost of departmental materails such as cement, sand, metal, pipe and specials, nut, bolt, motor etc., complete including conducting trial running of the pumpset for one week as per the direction of departmental officers.

Supply of suitable thick rubber mat in the pump house as per IE rules.

Supply of brand new suitable starter confoming to relevent IS suitable for the pump set.
