1 - The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for which no extra payment

2 - The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

3 - GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills

4 - In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt. G.R.: PRC 10/2017CementConsumption

/16/CDate:11/05/2017as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where there is a change as per actual mix design the cost of difference of cement

consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item at the rate of input rate mentioned in all the tender.

Notes 1 - All work shall be carried out as per Public Works Department Handbook and specifications of Division or as directed by supervisory staff.

Notes 2 - The persons of firm submitting the tender should see that the all the columns in the schedule should be filled in inkand total of entries in last

column should be struck by the contractor under his signature.

Notes 3 - Rates quoted include clearing of site (prior commencement of work and at its close ) in all respects and hold good for work under all conditions,

site, moisture, weather etc.

Note 4 - The meaning of abbreviationss used in units are as under. Hact - Hactare MT - Metric Tonne Rmt = Running metre

Note 5 - Basic Rate for Cement Difference Calculation of Mix Design will be Rs. 5483.37/M.T. (Rate as per CGWRD SOR 2023-24)
