Supply of materials and execution of work under following items

Towards painting to the doors from (G.F to 5th floor) and main entry gates of hall including cost of material labours and T & P etc. complete.

Towards applying Exterior Distemper 2 coat to the building including all types of material and labours, scaffolding etc. complete in total Area sqmt. etc complete

Towards applying Interior Distemper 2 coat to the building including all types of material and labours, scaffolding etc. complete total Area smt. etc complete

Dismantling aluminum/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows and false ceiling, flooring including disposal of unserviceable material to a distance of 5 km above from the site and stacking of serviceable material etc complete

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead etc complete.

Towards wooden flushing to the existing column and wall with PLY board of 18mm and top layer with veneer of 4mm including screws, binding material (fevicol), melamine polish etc complete.

Towards Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish vitrified tiles of wood finish of size (1.20 x 1.20) including skirting in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colors and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system an drubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily including cost and conveyance of all material etc complete.

Cost and fixing ply door with veneer finish using 4 mm thick frost glass panels, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws including cost and conveyance of all material , and CNC work as peer given in design etc complete.

Providing pantry platform work. Sandwich layer of granite with jet black color granite of 15mm thick including molding and polishing, fixing with cement mortar of (1:2) proportion with waterproofing compound and include labor and material in rates. etc complete

Towards brick wall work in cement mortar of (1:2) proportion with waterproofing compound etc complete.

Towards office tables with 18mm ply of M.R grade and top layer laminate 1 mm thick sheet Including screws, nails, binding material (fevicol) etc. Complete.

Cost, supply and fixing of MR grade 18 mm Ply thick, veneer sheet ISI marked IS : 14842 to the overhead cabinets, including top cover of 6 mm veneer sheet all complete.

Providing new powder coated aluminum section for partition with 5mm thick frost glass including, installation, sliding windows with 5mm thick glass including mosquito net labour material and transportation to the site etc complete.

Cost, supply and fixing granite cladding for side walls of doors and windows thick jet black colour granite of 15mm fixing in cement mortar of (1:2) proportion with waterproofing compound Including edge polishing, granite cutting, door lock hole including labour and material etc complete.

Towards removal of old damaged electrical fittings and fixing with new one including wiring ,switch boards fan ac points , light point , fan, and its related fittings main switch, outer box wiring in office including labour charges etc complete. (Annexure-1)

Towards applying plastic paint work to the walls , over the primary coat of Birla putty etc. including material and labour charges etc.

Towards applying rough brick texture in Waiting area, ASAE cabins and DYSAE cabin over a coat of primer including material and labour charges etc complete.

Towards handmade decorative tiles finish on wall of size (0.15 x 0.15) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with color cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only.
