Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the rubbish to distance not exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforcement cut as required to facilliate demolition and removing the rubbish to a distance n exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embeded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub base finish the cement concrete surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded Stone aggregate) as in floors, footpath, finishing cement concrete surface and spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expended metal,whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection incl filling the expansion joint with sealing compound and finish the concrete surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with modular fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius wall built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B-0 (using 12.5 m graded stone aggregate ) as in coping etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in Cement morter (1:6) on brick or concrete surface mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of cement base paint of any tint on walls inlcuding preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces complete all as specified and direced.

M&L for rolled mild steel Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connection plate, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to FE 410-w, Grade 250E quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails ,braces,etc,complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering ,Doors etc .to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hookes and hinges or steel hanging doors fittings (exclusive of steel Steel covering running rails and guides ) and hanging also fastening and fixing including pintels complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for angle iron / flat iron for fixing chain link or hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and clountersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embneding in concrete and screwing etc wid ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 or Fe-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.60 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing withplain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised two strand barbed wire, 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with provision of galvanised mild steel wire stapples or steel pins complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as item No 25 above but S & F in repairs including restraining & resecuring including making good staples etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS Galavanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild screw bolts 11 to 15 mm diameter of neck shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square exc. 5cm but n.exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in precast cement concrete for drain cover,cover slab etc and set in cement morter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel TMT bars10 mm dia and over.as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel TMT bars for reinforcement 8mm dia and over up to 10 mm dia as in stirrups /spacer/ binders etc cut to lenth, bent to required shape including bending, cranking and hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip quality complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Renewing cement concrete tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations, cushioning below interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC post, fencing posts, straining or terminal post, struts etc for averagng sectional area exc .1 and n.exc .25 sqm with or without chamfered angles and, flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 29,000.00.
