25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. Providing Fibre lamination works to the RCC structure using resine fibre glass and chemicals after washing the surface roughly cleaned and dry fill in the cracks with suitable putty, first apply the resine to the surface well spread and pressing, applying a second layer of resin to smooth finish for forming the whole to a solid mass including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the instructions of the dept. officers

Providing and laying water proofing treatment over the concrete surface by applying cement based two component polymer modified water proofing slurry coating coating (SIKA 109 TOP seal or equivalent) after cleaning the surface free from scale, rust, grease, oil etc. preparing the surface to be true and flat and saturated mixing the liquid (A) and powder (B) components in the ratio 1:4 by weight, applying in two coats with an interval of 2 to 6 hours for hardening in between and finally finished by rubbing down with a soft, dry sponge including protecting the applied surface from direct sunlight and storng wind and curing by gunny bags or polythene sheeting upto 5 days etc. complete.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. including cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry and including providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of epoxy bonding adhesive (Nitobond EP or Equivalent) having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications complete in all respect. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
