Maintenance and operation with one skilled electrician in three shifts including Sunday and holiday for Technical power house comprising of HT 11 KV VCB panel, LT Panel, DG Synchronizing panel, APFC panel, 1000 KVA step down Transformer, DG sets Capacity 500 KVA two Nos including maintaining proper log sheet for recording the technical parameters all as required and directed by Engr-in- charge Shift Timings:- (i) First shift:- 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. (ii) Second Shift:- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs. (iii) Third shift:- 2200hrs to 0600 hrs.

Maintenance and operation with one skilled electrician in three shifts including Sunday and holiday for Hanger No 4 power house comprising of LT panel, AMF Panel, Power factor panel 200 KVA step down Transformer, DG Set capacity 250 KVA servo stabilizer including maintaining proper log sheet for recording the technical parameters all as required and directed by Engr-in- charge Shift Timings:- (i) First shift:- 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. (ii) Second Shift:- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs. (iii) Third shift:- 2200hrs to 0600 hrs.

Maintenance and operation with one skilled electrician in three shifts including Sunday and holiday for Hanger No .5 power house comprising of LT Panel, HT 11 KV VCB panel Synchronizing /AMF panel, APFC panel 1000 KVA step down Transformer, DG Sets capacity 500 KVA two Nos and centrifugal pumpset 15 Hp-02 Nos, all with connected items of fire fighting installations including maintaining proper log sheet for recording the technical parameters all as required and directed by Engr-in- charge Shift Timings:- (i) First shift:- 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. (ii) Second Shift:- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs. (iii) Third shift:- 2200hrs to 0600 hrs. Note for Sl item No 1 to 3 : (i) General cleanliness of power houses to be maintained. (ii) Monitor/Recording of following parameters i.e, HT voltage, Frequency, LT voltage current of panels, Eng Temp, Oil & Presure, RPM for DG Sets in Log sheets. (iii) Daily checking (Fuel, Oil, water, maintenance) of Gen Sets, Plants to be carried out in each shift. (iv) HT break down / Shut down register be maintained separately in Tech Power house, Hanger No 4 power house & Hanger No 5 power house. (v) No of shifts in each installation will be as directed by Engg-in-charge. (vi) Any additional equipment in the premises if required shall have to be operated by the operator as per requirement and no extra cost shall be paid on this account. (vii) Specific gravity/charging of battery to be ensured. In case of battery failure due to negligence of operator, contractor will replace the battery at his own cost.
