PART-A (Civil Work):- EXCAVATION FOR BUILDING WORKS OTHER THAN TRENCHES

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. in following type of soil.

Boulders or broken rock are not allowed in filling of earth.

Trenching in ordinary soil upto a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of spreading and neatly levelling with in a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels byfilling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth , sludge or manure).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto a 1 km (earth mearsed in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).
