S&F Exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame for false ceiling 600x600mm size of wall angle 25x25x0.25mm size of cross tee and main tee 26x24x0.25mm and 32mm x 24mm x 0.25mm with 1.5mm dia double GI suspentor including supply and fixing of 4mm thick E Board decorative type in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel tress any type of tress.

S&F 0.5mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour ,tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering Including end of creep length 200mm to 250mm etc fixed with self tapping screws as specified. Note : Creep length shall be measured and paid in same item.

All as per item No.10 above but plain sheet for ridge ,gutter etc fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surface and applying two coat of creosote on any description and girth not otherwise described.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring for one fan point with 1.5 sqmm cable PVC insulated copper conductor multi stranded as per IS-694 FRLS cable controlled by one way switch, drawn through and including PVC casing caping (on Wall/Roof/Ceiling/GI Pipe) with all accessories incl 1.5 sqmm multi strand copper conductor cable (green colour) PVC insulated and unsheathed for earth continuity connected to common earth dolly and PVC box 4" x 4" fixed to wall for mounting of fittings such as Switches all as specified and directed.

M&L and fixing inreplacement of advance maintenance free chemical earthing with JMV CBE 403 enviornment friendly ring earthing system consisting each set of 03 (three) Nos of 10 (ten) feet length 40 mm dia earth eletrode made of maintenance free electrolytic grade copper earthing system of JMV make based on flat in pipe technology of 3 Mtrs length , 40 mm dia with crystalite conductive mixture COMPOUND filled withthe permanent sealings at the top & bottom with the lead terminal of 25x4 mm size copper with 2 holes of 10 mm dia at the top , to be lowered in 150 mm dai bore including filling of back fill ecofriendly earth enhancing compound tested by ROHS comply to IEC 62651-7 which should have passed leaching ,corrosion, supphur & resistivity test as per IEC 62651-7 by NABL accredit LAB/JAM plus compound in 150 mm bore in immediate contract around the earth electrode and top of the bore shall be finished with 40 mm thick PCC in 1:2:4 type B 1 over 75 mm thick PCC in 1:4:8 type D-2 and backfilly/ JAM compound shall be covererd with FRP pit cover of suitable size for each earth electrode , joint to be made by JAM weld exothermically welded technology including copper strip size 50 x 6 mm for earthing ring system and copper strip 32x6 mm size for earthing electrode to test point with saddles & porcelain insulators suitable size on wall ,earth strip protected by light grade GI pipe 40 mm dia in case of plinth protection / floor/ hard standing crossing complete all as specified and directed. M&L and fixing inreplacement of copper strip 20x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors above ground level all as specified and directed.

M&L and fixing inreplacement of Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze in size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 03 nos ,8 mm dai 25 mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Circuit/Sub Main Wiring with 2x4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated, FRLS, copper cable 1100 volts grade stranded copper conductor cable drawn through and including PVC concealed conduit with all fittings and accessories including PVC box (IS-14772) and 1 X 2.5 Sqmm stranded PVC unsheathed copper cable for earth continuity connected to common earth dolly.

All as per Item No 43 but 2x6.0 sqmm+1x4.0sqmm earth wire

S & F Factory made sheet metal enclosure for DBs double door (Fixed flush to the wall), TPN, 240 volt, 4 Way, IP-42 protection and suitable for having MCB’s complete and all disturbed surfaces of wall shall be made good to match the existing wall finishes all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. make- L&T/Havells/C&S/legrand/hager.
