Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts all leads and lifts upto all height. Stacking the excavated soil upto all specified distance. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agregate 25mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4graded crushed stone agregate 20mm nominal size ) propotionally by weight of cement not less than 320 Kg/cum minimum M-20 grade concrete mechnical mixed & vibrated and curring complete including cost of form work in foundation and plinth (substructure) complete in all respect.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand: 3graded crushed stone agregate 20mm nominal size ) propotionally by weight of cement @400Kg/cum minimum M-20 grade concrete mechnical mixed & vibrated and curring complete including cost of form work in foundation and plinth i/c providing, hoisting and fixing in position pre-cast RCC drain cover/slab of required size in cement concrete 1:1.5:3 at certain interval with lifting hook complete in all respect as per technical specification clauses.

Providing tor steel reinforcement (Fe 415/Fe 500-D as per design) for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto all levels as per HPPWD specification with updated BIS norms.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry / plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 150 mm dia PVC pipe 6 kg/sqm pressure extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specificatin clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Painting two coat (including priming coat) on concrete surfaces under coat with readymixd paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter sand pepering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than White paint.

Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in substructure below ground level in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 sand) 1st class bricks upto all height/depths.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastring upto floor two level including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4(1cement :4sand).

Providing and laying of reinforced concrete NP-3 pipe on bedding of cement concrete, including jointing complete in all respect as per technical specification. 900 mm dia.
