(1)Bannakhera Kosifarm Road Km 5 to 7

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil,which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.)

Tack coat using VG-10 grade bitumen Over normal bituminous surfaces @0.35kg/sqm, as per technical specification.

Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504. (Density 2.20) (Bitumen mecadam Grading II using VG-30 @ 3.40% of the weight of total for grading II 19mm nominal size ( Rates shall be based on bitumin content 3.40% of total mix by weight and density of finished B.M. as 2.20ton/cum which shall be adjusted up/down as per job mix formula using rate of bitumin @ 44798.50 per MT and agreate @ Rs. 1569.80 per cum inclusive of cartage).

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects for Grading-II (bituminous binder @ 5.4 % of mix)

Maintenance of Earhen shoulder (stripping of excess soil) Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor at OMC as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1903.

(2)Jagannathpur Chhoi road to Narayanpur Road Km 1 to 5

WBM Grading 3, Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Mechanical Means

Maintenance of Earhen shoulder (stripping of excess soil) Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor at OMC as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1903
