Before laying Micro Cincrete the surface be coated with a bonding agent Nitobond EP standard/Sikadur-32 LP or equvalent product and Micro- concrete shall be poured within 6 to 4 hours.

Drilling 12 mm dia. X 100mm hole into the concrete surface using concrete hammer drill machine, providing 10mm PGMS nozzle in ac grid of 0.25mm both and injecting with high strength concentration rrout Cebex 100/Sika introplast EP or equivalent.........................................

Providing and applying two component epoxy resin based moisture intensive low viscous Sikadur-53 UF for high pressure injection grount with drilling fixing nozzle at 0.30m centre to centre.

Crack opening should be chiseled and to approve 20mm x 20mm and should always be under cut to avoid formation of "v" shape and cut back to a minimum dept 15mm and given a good mechanical key to apply Renderoc plug/Sikadur-31 or equivalent.

Providing Grouting by drilling hole @ 1.00M c/c up to half of the slab/walls depth in zigzag manner using drills machine and fixing nozzle of 18mm to 20mm dia. For injecting a grout slurry of cement admixture with Intraplast EP of Sika India Ltd/Dr. Sikit (Asian Chemical)

Supplying mixing, laying and applying the following water proofing systems over roof slab, terraces etc. including washing. (i) 1mm thick single coat of Master Crete M-81 (Asian Chemicals) (ii) 3mm thick polymer modified master (1:3) cement sand mortar mixed with master crete M-81/dr.Sealkit with cement (1:2) (A) Using Master Crete M-81 (Asian Chemical)

Repairing of spelled concrete in slabs/chajjas etc. By the follwing processes as specified and directed by the department complete at all levels: (F) Plastering with 20mm thick cement sand mortar in prop.1:4 mixed with integral waterproofing compound like master proof lwp-1 of choksey chemical/Dr.Sealkit No.1(Asian chemicals) @0.2% by weight of cement conforming to IS 2465 as specified and directed by the Department complete. Providing treatment of expansion joints by the following process as specified and directed by the department. (a) Preparation of groove by nosing the groove in required sizes with Polymer modified mortar- Cement sand mortar (in prop 1:3) mixed with Master Crete M-81 of Choksey Chemicals/ Dr Sealkit Sealcrete (Asian Chemicals) / Rheomix 115 of BASF @ 15% by weight of cement over a bonding coat of Master Crete M-81/Rheomix 131 of BASF mixed with cement in the ratio 1:2 as specified @ directed by the Department complete after proper surface and clening surface thoroughly (surface preparation including thorought cleaning of surface to be measured and paid separately). (1:3) Mixed with Master Crete M-81

Providing and applying two coats of tech seat and D2-942 primer on both surfaced of the expansion joint and Tech seat-940 Polysulphite sealant on vertical joint.

Providing and applying Master Flex-700 of size India Ltd. Two component high performance polysulphite having weathering resistance and movement accommodation factor of 25%

A. Doing patch work in depression of concrete surface wherever necessary by laying epoxy putty, Nitocore VF of Fosroc Chemicals as specified & directed by the Department complete after proper surface preparation and proper scraping of concrete protrusion (surface preparation including thorough cleaning of surface to be measured and paid separately). (a) With PVC Cst tiles of any approved shade.

f) Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and of required shade on new wall surface to give an even shade, over and including priming coat of white primer after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropings and other foreign matter and including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth.

Painting two coats (excluding primeing coat) on new steel and other metal surface with alluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI/J&N paint/Nerolac) and brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirts, dust and other foreign matter.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping.

Finishing old/new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal premium texterior finish of sandex matt brand of snowcap india. LTD. of required shade aftere cleaning the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels. (two coats)

Water Supply and Sanitation: Labour for boring hole for inserting tube well pipes through different soil..............................Department. iv) Bore hole of 150mm diameter.
