Providing two coats of acrylic water based wall putty/ wall filler of Asian Paits/ Berger/ Dulux over concrete/ cement plaster/ brick walls and ceilings both internal and external after removing all the loosely adhering material from the wall/ ceiling surface with the halp of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush, moistening the wall with the help of sufficient quantity of clear water as specified and directed by the department.

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on new work (three or more coats) to give an even shade.

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate using 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm bed of stone ballast 40 mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finsihing the top smooth.

Providing and fixing, fly proof galvanized MS wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85 g with wire of dia 0.56 mm to windows and clerestory windows including 62 x 19 mm beading of best available local wood.( for bird proof wire mesh beneath and around CGI sheet for 1st floor)

SUB HEAD::ROOFING: Providing and fixing Durashine zinc-Aluminium alloy coated (TATA) Bluescope building product) sheet roofing fixed with necessary fasteners and lapping method as described by the manufacturer inclusive of cutting hoisting and fixing complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses.Details of cost for 179.655 Sq.m.Laying and fixing 20 sheets in 3 row require Overall Sheet area of 20 x 3 x 3.05 x 1.072 plus 3% wastages = 202.061 Sqm After H & L laping as per manufacturer's specification, effective Area Measurable will be 20 x 3x 2.95 x 1.015 = 179.655 Sqm

Providing and fixing 3 mm thick hard board sheet ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately).

SUB-HEAD:: CC PAVEMENT ROAD: Preparation of sub grade by excavating earth to an average depth of 22.50 cm,dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller, making good the undulations etc. and disposal of surplus earth, lead upto 50 m.
