LEVELLING, INTERNAL ROADS, PATHS & COVERED WALKWAY PARKING ETC as per drawing . : (a) Levelling (b) Internal cement concrete road with vaccum dewatered concrete c) Footpath with kerb stone (d) Parking (d) Covered walkway etc. e) boom barriers f) Gates g ) Security Rooms h) Grass paver along the periphery of the individual buildings upto the adjoining road/footpath & for the green area of the campus as applicable etc as per scope of work, Tender Document all complete as per directions of Engineer- In-Charge

(a) Civil and E&M work of UGT & Pump House, STP/ETP alongwith all equipment and accessories complete in all respect etc. (b) Filter Water Supply from the UGT to individual buildings, from STP/ETP to UGT, from UGT to HVAC plant room etc (c) Distribution lines of required diameter pipes, (d) Peripheral grid of required diameter pipes (e) Unfiltered water supply distribution lines from individual building to the STP/ETP, (f) Storm water drain for the individual building & along the road, as applicable, (g) Rain Water Harvesting (RWH) , (i) Trenchs for services, (j) Underground Sump (k) Irrigation work for the whole campus complete in all respect. etc l) Make up water line from UGT to STP m) Tubewell boring & WTP n) Main water supply line from Borewell & source of Supply to UGT
HORTICULTURE WORKS : ((a) Horticulture Operations including earth filling , grassing, tree plantations/shrubs and potted plants including tree guards etc. , (b) Existing Tree cutting, replantation, relocation as required and maintenance of the same till DLP c) Campus filling as per drawing & site requirement and direction of EIC (d) Developments of green area for the whole campus.
EXTERNAL FIRE FIGHTING WORKS : External Fire fighting works for the entire campus including supply and installation of fire hydrant system complete in all respect. Fire Pumps in the Pump Room/UGT and Piping work from the Pump Room/UGT to the individual buildings under scope.
STREET LIGHTING WITH LED, EMERGENCY LIGHT, SOLAR LIGHT & ILLUMINATED SIGNAGES, DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGES ETC. . along the road as per drawing, scope of work as mentioned in the tender document : (a) Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of LED Street / Solar/ Compound /High mast / Pathway / Landscape Lighting , (b) Illuminated signages, Directional Signages C) CCTV Camera & LV works including gates & guard room etc as per requirement
