Transpotation of Rig along with alied accessories etc. complete i/c errection and levelling at site ,through all kinds of roads approaches field etc.in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Earth work in foundation for digging tube well in all kind of soil i/c dewtering ,shorting ,strutting from G.L. up to 5mtrs.including disposing of excavated soil in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge with percussion Rig Drilling 0 - 3.00 mtrs.

Drilling of bore as specification laid down in IS-2800- 1991 (part-I)with upto date amendments(if any) with percussion rig or combination drilling rig starting with 650-600mm dia M.S.pipe reduced to 450-400 dia MS pipe coforming to IS-4270-2001 with upto date amendment(if any) in all kind of soils boulders,rocks collapsible strata saturated so as artesian conditions including the cost of all consumable stores water fuel lubricants and other accessories etc.complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Drilling and lowering of MS casing pipes coforming to IS -4270-2001 with upto date amendment (if any)of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 3 to 30 mtrs below ground level with all leads and lifts.

Drilling and lowering of MS casing pipes coforming to IS -4270-2001 with upto date amendment (if any)of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 30 to 50 mtrs below ground level with all leads and lifts .

Drilling and lowering of MS casing pipes coforming to IS -4270-2001 with upto date amendment (if any)of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 50 to 100 mtrs below ground level with all leads and lifts.

Drilling and lowering of MS casing pipes coforming to IS -4270-2001 with upto date amendment (if any)of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 100 to 150 mtrs below ground level with all leads and lifts.

Collection,preservation abd display of suitable size sample box with top lid and locking arrangement till handing over of tube well to the department complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in -charge.

Providing and lowering of IS marked Electric Resistance welded MS pipe 300mm dia nominal size housing,8mm thick having outside diameter 323.9 mm screwed and socketted coforming to IS-4270-2001 with upto date amendment if any about 4mtr to 7 mtr in length welded without any cicumfrential joints in to bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scafolding derris ,poles clamps embedded in foundation etc. including cost of all cutting,threading and welding of pipes etc.with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and lowering at site Electric resistance welded (ERW)stainless steel cage type "V" wire wound screens of size 300mm ,8mm thick with slot opening 1.00 mm as per IS 8110-2000 with upto date amendments if any and material specification as per AISI(Amrican iron and steel inst) type grade SS sockets 8mm thickness 9(supplied by the department) of lenghth 140mm conforming to AISI grade 304 suitable to accommodate screen and rigs including jointing screens with blind pipes complete in all respect all scafolding derriks, poles clamps emending in foundation etc. including cost of all cuttings,threading and welding of pipes etc.within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the directions. Screen will be of continous trapezoidal wire spirally wound around febricated cage the wrapping wire having as "V" shaped profile wire with flat surface on the out side of various dimentions resistance welded to a cylinderical body made of number of logitudnalspecial high tension support rods to provide smooth unrestricted bore which are in turn sides of screen.

Providing and fixing MS taper /reducer as per lengths approved by the Engineer in charge the material of MS taper/reducer shall be equivalent to parent pipe material and shall confirm to chemical composition as per clause 5.2 and mechnical properties as per clause 6.1 and table 1 of IS 4270-2001 with upto date amendments (if any) complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and lowering of IS marked Electric Resistance welded MS pipe 200mm dia nominal size housing,8mm thick having outside diameter 323.9 mm screwed and socketted coforming to IS-4270-2001 with upto date amendment if any about 4mtr to 7 mtr in length welded without any cicumfrential joints in to bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scafolding derris ,poles clamps embedded in foundation etc. including cost of all cutting,threading and welding of pipes etc.with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing MS centralized guidelines at suitable space for each tube well as per IS-226-1991 with upto date amendment if any with in all leads and lifts 1x4 No. complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and lowering and fixing in position IS marked mild steel bail plug of 200/300mm diameter with U books as per IS 2800-1991 with upto date amendments (if any with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position threaded iron cap of 8 mm thick with locking arrangements of approved design to prevent foreign matter from getting into bore hole as required within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and packing of gravel consisting of hard quartz other suitable material with an average specific gravity of not less than 2.5 not containing more than 2% BY weight of thin fat of elongated pieces shall be of sub rounded to rounded grains with minimum angular features of size 2.35mm shall be free from impurites such as safe shale mica feldspar ,clay,sand,dirt loam,hematites and organic material as per 2800(part-I) with upto date amendmends if any around intake of tube well with minimum thickness of shroud round screen geneerally 100mm to the entire depth of bore as per 2800(part-I)with upto date amendment if any with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Extraction of all sizes blind/casing pipes with machine starting from bottom of bore hole ,with in all leads and lifts ,complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer in charge (a) In contract with soil.

Development of tube well by back washing method with air compressor of minimum U 750 CFM capacity pumping pipe of 200mm size air line of minimum 65mm size or with other suitable method till the tube well is throughly developed as per clause 4.2 of IS 11189-1985 with upto date amendment if any complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Development of tube well by continuous over pumping method with VT pump/sbmercible pumps of suitable capacity not less than double the discharge establishment by the compresser method /design discharge untill the well is sand free as per direction of Engineer in charge .The draw down and discharge to be established by running the VT/submersible pump continnously for 8 hours in the presence of Officer not less than the rank of Assistant Engineer.

Testing the vertically of the tube well as per clause 4.3 of IS 2800(part-II) 1979 with up to date amendments if any using plunger 6mm smaller in dia with the inside diameter of the well casing.The result of the vertically test shall be recorded on proforma shown in appendix-A of IS2800(part-II) 1979 with up to date ammendment ,if any as appended with the tender documents and handed over complete in all respect as the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismentling of Rig or other alied accessories after completion of job within all leads and lifts ,complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Handing over the tube well in complete shape as per appendex "B" of clause 7 of IS 2800(part-II)1979 with upto date amendment if any as appended with the tender documents, in laminated form in triplicate ,complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
