Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (Light/ fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc., stacking at site for reuse or removing materials to store for keeping in for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces / walls/ floors etc.

M&L for channel or grooves cutting upto a depth of 2.5 cm and width not exc 15cm into brick/concrete/stone masonry walls, with or without reinforcement and trimming surface as required, including concealing PVC conduit 20/25mm dia with required accessories (like junction boxes/bends etc) and plastering in 1:4CM, applying two coats of approved quality white putty for making good with smooth finish to match with the existing specification of wall surface all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Rate of PVC Conduit included in relevant point wiring and shall not be paid separately.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq. mm, multi-stranded copper conductor, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable for phase and neutral, including 1.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor single core cable as earth continuity conductor (in green colour) connected to common earth dolly, drawn in surface/concealed conduit heavy duty (HMS Grade), GI terminal boxes not less than 1.0mm thick fixed flush to wall surface, covered with & including 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover or including modular plates of required size for mounting switch and sockets etc. complete all as specified and directed for following : - Note : Quoted rates deems to be included cost of modular plate for mounting switches, sockets & regulators as required at site. Cutting into chases required for concealing heavy duty (HMS Grade) PVC conduits and making good to damaged surface shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Taking down carefully Electric geysers by disconnecting electrical connections, stacking carefully at site for reuse of serviceable Geysers or deposit to E/M store if new geyser provided against replacement all as directed and specified.

Taking down carefully Energy meters by disconnecting electrical connections, stacking carefully at site for reuse of serviceable meters or deposit to E/M store if new meter provided against replacement all as directed and specified.

Fixing only light fitting any type, connecting up with twin core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified. Note : Serviceable light fittings taken down against item No 01 shall be used at site as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair LED light fitting wall /roof mounted, Aluminium housing, 1 x 20 watt including LED tube with driver complete suitable body robust, corrosion resistant, superior finish and without any cracks or through holes. The system wattage of fitting should not be more than 20 watt ± 10%, surge protection of minimum 2 kV power factor should be more than 0.90 cool white colour, total harmonic distortion (THD) should not be more than 15%, lumen output should not be less than 90 lumens per watt, total input voltage range 140-280 V AC, colour rendering index should not be less than 80, correlated colour should be minimum 6000 degree kelvin complete all as specified and directed.

Make : Havells Cat No: ENDURAPEARLSL25W or equivalent model/Make approved makes.

S&F in repair LED light fitting 1 x 10W bulkhead luminaires including in build LED light driver perfect interior and exterior application connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS & BULBS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 02 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced on site free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

M&L for cutting holes 300mm diameter for preparing opening through wall for fixing exhaust fan 300mm sweep, making good to damaged surface of wall, make a smooth circular surface and match with specification of existing wall all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Hanging only ceiling fans, 1200mm sweep, complete with three blade, down rod, accessories and making connection from ceiling rose or connector to fan using three core 0.75sqmm copper stranded conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flexible wire complete all as specified. NOTE: Fan taken down against item No 16.00 shall be used after complete civil work repair and minor repair of ceiling fans (like replace of rusted nut bolts, denting of blade, cleaning of dust etc.)

Fixing only exhaust fan 300mm sweep, Steel/PVC body AC single phase 230V of size 300m using 4 Nos 10mm x 100mm long wall fasteners, nut and washers and connecting up using flexible three core 0.5sqmm copper stranded conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flexible wire through PVC flexible conduit from ceiling rose/connector to fan complete all as specified. NOTE: Exhaust Fan/wall fans taken down against item No 16.00 shall be used after complete civil work repair and minor repair of ceiling fans (like replace of rusted nut bolts, denting of blade, cleaning of dust etc.)

Fixing only and connecting electric meters upto 100 amps with necessary incoming and outgoing copper cable using suitable size copper alloy thimbles/lugs and numbering of connected married accommodation number all as specified and directed. Note : Serviceable meter taken down against item No 18.00 shall be used for re-fixing.

Installation only Electric Storage type water heater (Geysers) 25/50 Ltr capacity with standard fixing accessories including suitable size wall fastener bolts & Nuts, gutties etc., complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Taken down serviceable geyser against item No 17.00 shall be used after cleaning and necessary repairs.

S&F Exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, copper wounded, four blade, metal body, BEE approved/ISI marked, air delivery shall not be less than 230 CFM, mounted in suitable opening arrangement with louvers shutters, suitable for operation on 240 volt, single phase, 50 cycle per second, AC supply and connecting up using flexible cord wire 3 core using PVC flexible conduit from ceiling rose or connector to fan to cover PVC cable including marking of MES number and fixed in position as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified.

M&L for Sub main wiring as per IS, single core FRLS PVC insulated flexible multi-stranded copper conductor 1.1 KV grade drawn through & including PVC grey conduit heavy duty with necessary accessories (like bend, junction boxes etc.) including taking down old unserviceable sub-main wiring complete all as specified for Two runs of 2.5 Sq.mm main Phase-Neutrals supply cable alongwith one run of single core 2.5 Sq.mm for continuous earth wire in green colour (for servant qtr supply).

M&L for wiring with TV coaxial RG-06, electrolytic grade solid annealed copper conductor having single strand of 0.7 mm dia, PVC insulated, aluminium foiled and aluminium wire braided, overall PVC sheathed cable complete including concealed PVC conduit 20mm dia from TV Socket to dish antenna on roof of building complete all as specified. Note : 20mm conduit pipe inside building shall be concealed in wall surface and from external surface duly fixed with GI Saddles is deems to be included in quoted rates.

Material and labuor for earthing complete with Galvanized Steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level and filled with 15cm thick alternate layers of charcoal and salt, connected & including GI wire earth lead 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanized iron protected by 15mm dia GI Pipe (light grade). Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layers of charcoal or coke and common salt in 15cm thick in layers & 15cm of width all-around of earth plate including 20mm dia GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, necessary earth work in any type of soil, Pre-cast RCC cover duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT Bar @150 mm c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 8 mm dia TMT bar embedded in cover slab, Earth Pit of PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggregate) complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion. Supply and laying GI Pipe 15 mm dia, light grade for protection of GI Earth wire 4.0mm dia complete all as specified & directed. Note : Quoted rate deems to be include cost of GI Saddle used for fixing GI pipe on wall by using screw and guttis not exceeding distance 0.6mtr.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4.0mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as specified.
