Specific experience of the consultants related to the Assignment in the last previous five year ( i.e from 2020-21 to 2024-25) (At-least Two similar type of building works (Minimum Project Management cost Rs. 74.64 Lakhs) The completion certificate should have been issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of Government, Semi Government or Autonomous bodies of State or Central Government) Note: Points for the similar type of Assignment allocated as follows -For each Similar Building Assignment: 10 Points (Limited to 20 points)

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff - a) Qualification - 22 POINTS, b) Experience to related project - 23 POINTS & c) Experience in region and language - 05 POINTS (For further details refer Annexure C of Tender document.

Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology demonstration through PPT (the same should be uploaded in the portal)

Laboratory should possess all the requirements of Civil works as per IS standards, preferably with NABL Accreditation (Electrical, Mechanical & Chemical) (The firm that does not have own laboratory can have the MOU with the firm or institution, having NABL with in Karnataka State only). 1. Own Laboratory With NABL Accreditation - 10 POINTS & 2. MOU with the firm With NABL Accreditation - 05 POINTS
