Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' burnt old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius bult in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

4mm thick designer ceiling board in ceiling of size 595mm x 595mm fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions, laid over and including hot dipped galvanised iron in post grid with 24mm wide T section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick galvanised steel sheet of size 24 x 32 x 300 mm spaced at 1200 mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug or hanged with existing truss members. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall flush fittings of 1200 mm long screws Tee with (double stiching) to interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to centre from 1200 x 600 mm modules cross tee longer than 600 mm modules to be formed by fittings 600 mm long cross tee, tee perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick galvanised steel of size 19 x 19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per insturctions including dismantling of existing board etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick wall or on concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hatching for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on brick work or concrete surface in two layers (first layer 10 mm thick in cement mortor 1:6 and second layer 5 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 mixed with WPC) finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including one coat of primer (upto 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding), complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, (upto 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding), complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, pillasters, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over and including a coat with birla wall care putty coloured in same shade where ever required etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from surfaces of walls by wire brushing and washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces and leveling / edging the disturbed planes/ edges including preparation of sufaces and Applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of birla care putty, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surface of steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces exc 10 cm in width or girth including knotting and stopping and applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
