Flooring with 40 mm thick Rough Cuddapah/Shabad stones, set over base coat of cement mortar (1 : 8) 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including pointing with cement mortar 1:3 duly filling joints nearly, including cost of all materials like flooring stone, cement, sand, and water etc., complete, including seigniorage charges, labour charges for dressing of flooring stones etc., complete for finished item of work.
