1.0 Details tobe furnished along with application

FDR for E.M.D & D. D. for Tender fee shall be submitted in electronic

format through online (by scanning) while uploading the bid. Offer of those

shall be opened whose E.M.D & tender fee received Electronically and

physically. £or the purpose of realization of Demand Draft, bidder shall send

the FDR & D.D. in original through R.P.A.D,Speed 'Post & Courier so as to

reach to Executive Engineer, Panchayat Irrigation Division Sardar

Hours send the same through RPADfSpeed post within 7(seven) days

from the last date of opening.. Penaltative action for not submitting FDR

3.0 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :

a) The cost of tender document will not be refunded under any circumstances.

b) EMD with validity of 12 months (For security Deposit} or more from

Schedule bank/ Nationalized dank in the form which is specified in tender

document shall only be accepted.

c) The offer shall be valid for 120 days after the opening of tender.

d) Tenders without tender document fees, Earnest Money deposit (EMD) and

which do not fulfill all or any of the condition or submitted incomplete in

any respect shall be rejected.
