Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (thirty centimeter) in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m (fifty meter) and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. ordinary roack including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering as per drawing and technical specification in C.C 1:3:6 (one Cement : Three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Loosening of ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered garded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical, Specification clause 303.5.2 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess ,royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 404 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,,building and other construction workers, welfare cess, royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification clause No. 405 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess, royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, , building and other constrcution work, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg/ sqm. (Zero point two five to Zero point three zero Kilogram per square metre) on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydrauic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause-503 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice ,building and other construction work, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing , laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm (Twenty millimetre)compacted thickness composed of crushed stone aggregate 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm (Thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre ) @ 0.27 cubic metres (Zero point two seven ) per 10 square metre (Ten Square metre) mixed with pentration grade paving bitumen V.G-30 (Viscosity grade-Thirty ) at the rate of 14.6 kg.(Fourteen point six kilogramme) per ten square metre of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN (Eighty - hundred ) capacity static road roller finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of type-B by machanical means as per MORD technical specification 2014. clause 508 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in bitumenous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B and as per Technical Specifications,2014 Clause 510 using Bitumen (S-90 ) by Mechanical means including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax,building and other construction workers, welfare cess, royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
