Repairs to main chassis frame of Variable blade assembly of snow cat New Holland ( HP) by way of disengaging the blade assembly from the main chassis frame and disconnecting the complete hydraulic circuitry using suitable hoisting mechanism along with tools and tackles and placing the same at safe and secure location .The job also includes disassembling of the complete blade mounting assembly from the main chassis frame of the prime mover the job further includes reinforcing the existing main chassis frame by way of providing and fitting horizontal cross member of length 4 Feet out of ISA 75X75X8mm along with drilling of suitable holes for providing /fitting of nuts and bolts of required size and using suitable electric arc welding process at the damaged cracked portion of the chassis members for perfect fitment of chassis frame members.

Disassembling of Right tyre front side of size 12.4-24 by way of removal of nuts and bolts and tyre from the main hub assembly and shifting the tyre for repair by way of sealing of the puncture hole and inflating the tyre with required air pressure for reassembling the tyre for fitment to the main hub assembly.

Repairs to self starter of Snow Cat New Holland (90) by way of providing and fitting of Self bendex 01No Bendex Clip O1No, carbon brush set, carbon brush rocker and armature Bush, and replacement of bearing spacer.
