The laying shall be carried out across the railway line with clearances as specified by Railway authorities by push through technique, by jointing 600mm and 300mm dia MS pipes of specified thickness with welded joints including all specials and flanges as required, including compressed air pressure test/DP test of each welded joint, making all joints water tight as per directions. The work shall include construction of two numbers RCC M20 concrete valve chambers of suitable dimensions including all earthwork excavation charges, shoring charges, centering and shuttering charges, cost of reinforcements, providing and laying RCC M20, all labour and machinery charges etc complete as specified by Railway authorities on the entry and exit points of the pipeline. CI sluice valves (cost to be paid separately) of suitable diameter shall be fixed to the water pipelines at entry and exit valve chambers.
