Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq. m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for Hardcore of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filing and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter and fair finish surface .etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips .etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips .etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for RCC M30 (20 mm graded aggregate) for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams , plinth beams, bases for columns etc. basement slab, under reamed piles and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) .etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for 40 mm thick Cement concrete type B- 1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) .etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks ,exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggragate) etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on exterior wall etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for two coats of Antifungal paint (Apex ultima Protek of Asian paint or Equivalent in approved Makes) over a coat of Exterior primer (Proffesional pack of Asian paints) new prepared plastered external surfaces and ncluding hoisting and lowering as required with bracing , support etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and Fix for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, columns, lattices, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat and circular sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and Fix for Plates (plain or chequered), gusset plate, base plate etc, channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of VX polymer based anti corrosive paint over a coat of anti corrosive primer etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and Fix for 1mm thick or not less than 800 GSM tensile sheet roofing (easyflo/FR/BO/ White/9002) belgium based imported fabric with 10 year warranty etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and Fix for 12 mm dia Mild steel anchor bolts 450 mm long tighten the nut for the anchor without damaging existing adjacent concrete and to fix rag/holding down bolt including washer and plate etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
