Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing non clog vertical type Sewage De-watering submersible pump set made from graded Cast Iron, Carbon+Silicon Carbide Mechanical seal with Shaft SS-410, CI impeller, IP 68 protection in B class insulation, suitable for 380 to 440 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 cycles AC supply complete cap of 7.5 HP (5.5 KW), 753 LPM discharge, head 12 mtr, Del dia in 80 mm, Max solid 35 mm, including proper fixing and connection on RCC foundation in M-25 concrete with suitable size of nut and bolts as per manufacturer specification all as specified and directed. Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of Ductile Iron pipes 150 mm bore with sigot and socket ends conforming to IS-8329/2000 classification K-9 suitable for push on joints laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fixing Ductile Iron fittings for spigot socketed pipes like Bends (any type, radius and angle), Tapers any type (straight bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces single branch 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs upto 150 mm bore conforming to IS 9523/2000 complete all as directed.

M & L for fixing of rubber gasket Tyton joint for spigot socket pipes and fittings 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and jointing of GI tubes 40mm bore light grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as directed.

Supplying, laying and jointing of GI pipes heavy class end flanged 65 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and jointing of GI pipes end flanged heavy class 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber 1200mm x 1200mm x 1200 mm (depth) internal size, with 3mm thick MS sheet cover and 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm angle iron frame for chowkhat and 25mm x 25mm x 5mm frame for shutter embedded in PCC coping with licking arrangements, brick work 230mm wide upto 800mm from ground level & bllance 460mm wide in CM 1:4 using sub class 'B' (old size) bricks, internal walls plastered with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement, 40mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone agreegate) in coping. PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone agreegate in foundtion 75mm thick with and including necessary excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil and painting steel wirk with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and white wash internal surface of pit complete.
