Labour only for carrying out Maintenance of DG set of various capacity as indicated below as directed by Engr- in -charge for the following DG sets of Make:- Kirloskar/Mahindra & Mahindra. Note: (I) Maintenance of DG set to be carried out as per manufacturers instructions and by qualified service engineer of DG set service center. (II) Materials/Spare parts/Lub oil required for above maintenance shall be measured and paid seperately under repective items as "Supply only Materials".

M&L for fixing the asbestos rope on silencer of DG set of various capacity including cladding with asbestos powder over wire mesh.

M&L for cleaning of the fuel tank by vacating the tank, replacement of fuel level indicator and spray painting of tank by scraping the existing paint using enamel paint of two coat with matching the existing clour.

Maintenance and servicing of alternator by removing of dust and moisture from field coil and armature coil by blowing the hot air for the various capacity of DG set varying from 20-125 KVA

M&L for Replacement of Voltage regulator Device (AVR) for the DG set of capacity 20 to 50 KVA of Make- Kirloskar/Kirloskar Green or Equivalent

M&L for Replacement of Voltage regulator Device (AVR) for the DG set of capacity 62 to 100 KVA of Make- Kirloskar/Kirloskar Green or Equivalent

Reparing/Overhauling & calibration FIP with injection of 100 KVA all as specified and directed by EIC and manufacturer instruction.

Reparing/Overhauling & calibration FIP with injection of 62.5 KVA all as specified and directed by EIC and manufacturer instruction.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3.25 mtr below ground level with the top edge not less than 2.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of steel and other end connected to earthing test point including funnel, watering pipe of 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15 cm, earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, 50 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover slab (1:2:4) type B1 set in CM (1:4), reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 10 cm c/c and suitable handle of 10 mm dia MS round bars including earth work in excavation in soft/loose soil, desposal of soil not exc. 50 meter complete and testing on completion all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of MES schedule, part-I complete all as specified and directed. NOTES 1. The unit rate includes for protection GI pipe of 15 mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil disintegrate rock and refilling of soil after removing stone from soil. and galvanised wire 4.00 mm dia from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level.

M&L for fixing of 120 AH,12 Volt lead acid battery of Make: Exide New Express or equivalent.

M&L for fixing of 180 AH,12 Volt lead acid battery of Make: Exide New Express or equivalent.

Supply & Fix manual change over switch system 3 phase ,415 volt , AC , 200 Amp with sheet steel enclouser extended handle all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for replacement of voltmeter(LED/Digital) 0-500 volt range as per sample.

M & L for replacement of Ampere meter (LED/Digital) 0-300 amp range as per sample.

Supply and Replacement of battery charger of 12/24 Volt.
