Amount

a. Dismantling of 3.5 cusec V.T pumping unit no.01 of stage 1st by way of decoupling of motor, extraction of column pipes, bowl assembly and allied fittings, taking out the pump from pump house. The job includes loading of pump in private load carrier and shifting to the workshop for necessary repairs (01 job). b. Manufacturing, providing and fitting of G.M stage bushes with rubber insert in bowl assembly as per sample having weight two kg each bush (07 no). c. Manufacturing, providing and fitting of G.M bushes with rubber insert in center kit as per sample having weight two kg each bush (02 no). d. Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS sleeves for shaft as per sample having weight two kg each sleeve (07no). e. Fabrication, providing and fitting of G.M neck ring as per sample having weight two kg each ring (07 no). f. Facing of bowl stage & impeller for fitment of rings and bushes (01 job). g. Providing of adhesive material for connecting of bowl stages (01 job). h. Providing and filling of M-oil of reputed make (04 Ltr) complete assembling of all VT pump parts and shifting. i. Shifting of pump from workshop after necessary repairs to site through private load, then fitting of column pipes and discharge bend to the delivery line and assembly of the whole pumping unit and testing on full load (01 job).
