Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of floor mounting double door minimum 400 mm depth with locking arrangement front and rear openable, totally enclosed, compartmentalized, dust, vermin proof and outdoor type Feeder Pillar (IP54) fabricated out of 2mm thick cold rolled carbon annealed sheet steel, (approx) surface area 2.50 Sq.Mtr, with 500 Amp TPN AL. bus bar, cable alley on both sides, powder coated paint of approved shade after 7 tank cleaning process and 1 no 25x5mm GI strips throughout the width of feeder pillar consisting two earth studs on each strip complete with provision for incoming and outgoing switchgears including making connections/ inter connections with lugs/ thimble for switchgears and control wiring with 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable, including providing 50mm X 50mm X 6 mm thick (NS) 90 cm long legs out of which 45 cm duly grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 etc complete as reqd. Providing and fixing M.V. danger notice plate of 200 mm X 150 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required: 01 Set

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing of wornout/rusted feeder pillar front/back door made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated & complete with heavy duty hinge joint & locking arrangements i/c spray painting etc complete as reqd.

Supply & fixing of Onload Manual Changeover Switch 400 Amp with SS enclosure, 4 Pole, 415V AC i/c drilling holes, making connections i/c dismantling of burnt out Changeover switch etc complete as reqd.
