Providing One Number Air conditioned Vehicle of Suitable make like M&M Bolero / Tata Sumo or equivalent commercial vehicle model not earlier than year 2019, including cost of Drivers, Diesel or petrol, lubricants, insurance of vehicle including third party, mobile phones for drivers, spares maintenance and repairs etc., for AAI at Tirupati Airport on hire basis for 24hrs -2000kms per month with drivers in all shifts on all days including Sundays and holidays etc., as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge etc., complete. Note: 1. Hire rate quoted by contractor is for monthly basis. Hence, monthly measurement shall be considered for payment. 2. The Km run will be calculated from authenticated Log Book. Monthly ceiling of Km is 2000 Kms. a. For unused Kms(Less than 2000 Kms per month) during month:- Fuel recovery shall be made as per actual cost of fuel (Petrol/Diesel) based on monthly average price of fuel per litre for that particular month. The fuel consumption shall be worked out considering average Fuel consumption @ 15Km/Lit. b. For excess KM (more than 2000KM per month) during month, Fuel cost shall be paid as per actual cost of fuel (Petrol/Diesel) based on monthly average price of fuel per litre for that particular month. The fuel consumption shall be worked out considering average Fuel consumption @ 15Km/Lit. c. No escalation/de-escalation in rate shall be allowed for the currency of contract on any account including change in fuel rate/labor rate..
Extra Charges as night weightage for drivers over and above Item no.1 during night hours working (10.30 PMs to 6.30 AM) on need basis as per direction of Engineer-In -charge
