Supply & laying, testing ,commissioning of 50mm² 1-core PVC 1.1 KV grade aluminium cable FRLS type. ( Havells /Equivalent make )

Supply, Transportation, Unloading, and Delivery at Site and erection of 9 Mtr. Long Poles (ST-410, SP33) with pit excavation, refilling the pit with soil, boulders.

Supply, Transportation, Unloading and Delivery at Site , Laying , stringing, tensioning and binding of 30 mm2 ACSR Conductor , including joints by PG clamps wherever required

Supply and fixing 11kV Polymeric composite Disc Insulator 36kV,min failing load 70kN, Lighting Impulse 170kV Positive and 180kV Negative, creepage distance 900mm

Supply , and fixing of GI channel/angle/ flat of sizes including clamps for substation . ( GI channel iron cross arms 100x50x50x6mm- as per REC specification and standard , (2 No) 75x40x40x6mm- as per REC specification and standard (7 No) , 50x50x5mm Transformer belts (02 No) (as per REC specification and standard.)

supply and fixing of pole Earthing by G.I pipe 40 mm dia or G.I rod 20 mm , 2.5 mtr long through GI strip.

Supplying and fixing of 3 No. sub station earthing by GI Pipe 40 mm or GI Rod 20mm, 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip of 50X6 for neutral earthing and 25X3 mm for transformer body earth, two no. pole earth, 1 no. LA Earth and 1 no. GO handle earth. (Note: For LA Earth 1 pipe shall be kept separate)

Supply & installation ,testing , commissioning of 11 KV Pin Insulators (Polymer) with pins 5KN as per REC specifications.

Supplying and Fixing of Danger Plates with clamps with writing in English and Regional Language

Supply and fixing of anti-climbing GI Barbed wire binding with Clamps at a distance of 30 to 40 cm at a height of 3.5 to 4 m from ground level. At-least 3.5 kgs GI barbed wire(12 SWG) is to be used per pole for the purpose.

Cement bottoming of S T poles in 1:2:4 mix as per REC standard 0.5/0.45 cum/pole, muffing 20 cm above ground, including plaster and curing of concrete.

Painting to poles with:- (Full J ob) i) one coat of Red Oxide paint ii) two coats of Almunium paint with two rings of yellow and red paint each -

Providing and fixing of GI V cross-arm fabricated out of (75x40X6)ISMC with top bracket including clamps & F - Top (total weight of GI V cross per pole@not less than 20kgs)

Supply and Erection of Galvanized stay set complete with 50 x 8 mm stay clamps, guy insulators 02 nos, anchor plate (200 x 200 x 6 mm), nut bolts ,02 No turn buckle ,1.8 m long, 16 mm dia solid GS rod & 7/3.15 mm dia G.I stranded wire complete

Supply, Installation & Commisioning of 163Amp MCCB 3 Phase with breaking capacity 50kA on 415V Along with Box Duly Fixed with all required Accessories

Supply & fixing of GI Nut and Bolts of various sizes

Cost of PDD inspection including PDD charges and coordination with the concerned.
