Supply and fixing sub-main wiring concealed on wall or ceiling with PVC insulated & unsheathed two run of 4.00 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH), 1100 Volt grade alongwith one run of 4.00 Sqmm PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLSH), 1100 Volt grade, connected to common earth dolly as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of adequate size with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: (i) Three runs of 4 Sqmm cable and one run of Conduit shall be measured as one unit for payment purpose. (ii) Cutting chases shall deemed to be included in quoted rate)

S & F modular AC Box(white), plug and 3 pin socket two in one, all in one type, single pole and neutral box with one single pole MCB 20 A mp 230 Volts complete all as specified at site. Make- Havells cat no. DHDMCSN0251020 or equivalent.

Supply and fixing MCB DB SPN 4 ways double door, powder coated including bus bar neutral link, earth bar and din rail, recessed with wall surfaces by chase cutting and making good surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing TPN DBOXX 12 Ways for installing MCBs of sutable capacity complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing 415V 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of TPN 100 AMP current carrying capacity in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

Supply and fixing MCB 6-32 Amps, SPN, 240 Volt "C" series, breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing MCB Amps, 63 TPN, 415 Volt "C" series, breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit, inverter tech and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter or filter with latest technology for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating of capacity 1.5 Ton incl carefully removal of existing split AC from the site and deposited all materials to the MES store within CG Malkapuram complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate quoted is inclusive of the following:- (i) Drilling hole on the brick wall to facilitate routing of Copper pipe, drain pipe and cable from indoor unit to outdoor unit. (ii) Sealing the hole from outside & inside, after installation, with white cement. (iii) Pressure testing, cooling performance check and product demonstation. (iv) Cable for connecting indoor and outdoor unit upto 5.00 Mtr each. ( vi) Copper pipes, upto 5.00 Mtr each. (v) Material and labour for fixing indoor & outdoor stand in wall.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Make: V-guard, Model No. VWR 400 OR equivelent to Microtek/Voltas

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for taking out/laying cable and getting out, in Soft/Loose Soil.

Returning, filling including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supply spreading in trenches fine dry crushed stone sand for cable protection and punning down gently by hand all as specified.

Supply and lay cable cover for LT Cable Class LV,type 1, flat size 250mmx150mm x 40 mm.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95.0 sq mm 3.5 core Note: Earthwork , excavation, sand coushioning etc. shall be measured and paid separately

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16.0 sq mm 4.0 core Note: Earthwork , excavation, sand coushioning etc. shall be measured and paid separately

Supply, install and commissioning of Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, with by pass arrangement, indoor type, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 1% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second and of capacity 25 KVA complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90cmx60cmx5mm/ copper rod not less than 3.00m & copper earth strip 20x3mm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Approval of GE shall be taken before excution of work. Excavation for earthing for any type soild shall be deemed incl in quoted rate. Testing of earthing shall be conduted by contractor and result should be 0.8 Ohms. Report of testing submitted and no extra cost for testing will paid to contractor.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required with copper strip 20 x 3mm complete

Supply and fix Microprocessor MCCB 100-160 Amps, 35-36KA, Adjustable Overload, Short-circuit, Ground fault (4 Pole) & Fixed Instantanous, Netural Protection (4 Pole) incl wall mounted metal body encloser for insatllation complete all as specified and directed
