REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF 33/11 KV MAIN RECEIVING STATION (MRS) INCLUDING CONNECTED WORK UNDER GE IMA DEHRADUN

M&L for servicing 33 KV yard structure complete including replacement of unserviceable jumper, sleeves, vice type connnector, nut bolt and washers, connecting lugs/thimble, knife contact, applying petroleum jelly to the moving as well as fixed contacts, tightining all the connection for its smoth functioning preparing old painted surface of this structure such as poles, cross arms, bracing supports, clamp and back plate complete painting of one coat of anti corrosive weather proof heat resistant aluminium paints and providing Red/Yellow and Black paint including writing SM/MES No or all ther direction/Marker/Code etc with grey/Black paint on boards etc not less then 40 mm hight 7 - 10 mm thick all as directed at site by Engineer-in-charge. Note: No extra payment will made for the spares required to keep the yard structure in satisfactory functional state through out contract period other then given in schedule complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying cable/taking out under ground cable, GI pipes and bricks laid under cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and exc. 1.5 mtr but nexc.3.0mtr in depth for laying cable/taking out under ground cable, GI pipes and bricks laid under cable and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick in soft/lose soil after cable/pipes are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables in trench and existing duct at MRS, thick before laying the cable, stretching and testing the cable all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness of sand will be measured and paid.

M&L for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover HV type I, flat size 300 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm as protection to underground cable laid dry and flat adjoining each other complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 3 core 185 sq mm including taking out/down old existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 3 core 150 sq mm including taking out/down old existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rotating type air break isolating switch horizontal mounting for triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on gang operated devices united on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 Amps for 33000 volts all as specified and directed.
