(Mild steel) Sheet duly stove enameled paint white colour in front and grey colour on back with reflective border of 70 mm (Seventy millimetre) width and required message, letters, figures with reflective tape of engineering grade as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on two nos. 47 mm x 47 mm (Fourty seven millimetre into fourty seven millimetre) of 12 SWG (twelve standard wire gauge) square tube of 3050mm (Three thousand fifty millimtre) height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm (Twenty five millimetre into five millimetre) MS flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm (Four hundred fifty into four hundred fifty into six hundred millimetre) , 600 mm (Six hundred millimetre) below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Gaurd stone on curve made of Reinforced cement concrete local stone of standard design as per IRC:25, fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification section 1700 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound paint 2.5mm (two point five millimeter) thick including reflectrising glass beads at the rate of 250 gms (two hundred fifty grams) per square meter area , thickness of 2.5mm (two point five millimeters) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads by road marking machine as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH technical specification section 800 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
