Providing and laying plain cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1Cement - OPC: 3 Coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate) using 40 mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality including shuttering, leveling, ramming, finishing and curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing, transporting, placing in position TMT reinforcement steel of grade Fe415/ 500 of SAIL/ TATA/ JINDAL/ VIZAG or equivalent for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending and binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding wire, providing and placing cover blocks etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, columns etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete of grade 1:1.5:3 (1 ordinary portland cement : 1.5coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for footings, Columns & beams including the cost of compaction, levelling, finishing, curing and refixing of existing "Y" angle but excluding the cost of Centering/ Shuttering and reinforcement etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Re-construction of damaged Random rubble masonry using old stones retrieved from dismantling upto & above plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in walls, drains, foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in level and the line, including demolishing of damaged/ fallen RR masonry/ PCC, cleaning the stones for re-use and disposing off the unusable materials/ debris at designated location and providing weep holes of 75mm dia meter PVC pipes @ 1m c/c etc., all complete as per specifications and directed by the EIC. Note : Rebuilt, finshed wall only will be measured for payment.

Providing and required men, materials, tools & tackles for Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) with Flush pointing to the RR masonry compound wall at all heights, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as direcetd by the Engineer in charge.

Provding required men, materials, tools & tackles for removing the barbed wire from the fallen/ dismantled boundary wall and fixing with new barbed wire to "Y" angle placed at the top of the reconstructed wall at required distance with G.I. staples including handing over the old barbed wire retrieved from the fallen wall to the sectional stores etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: Payment to be made per metre length of barbed wire refixed.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/ Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre and including handing over of concertina coil from fallen compound wall to sectional stores etc., (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Providing 'HOE' (Excavator cum dozer)/ JCB for misc. Works at different locations as and when required including all operational cost to complete the job in all respects as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
