Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30 mm.

Preparing surfaces unsurfaced water macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc all as spd and directed

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (Viscosity Grade - 10) VG-10 @ 10 kg/10sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber(consolidated thickness 75mm or less) etc 4.0% binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix rolled and compacted mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and premixed material laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tone power roller to required compaction complete all as specified and as directed

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (Viscosity Grade - 10) VG-10 @ 2.5 kg/10sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (Viscosity Grade - 10) VG-10 @ 5 kg/10sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix rolled and compacted mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and premixed material laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tone power roller including preparation bitumen carpet in digital computarised weigh batch hot mix plant including preparation to required compaction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation new/old black top surface road surface and applying one coat of retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint 2 mm thick for longer durability with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto160 degree Celsius; paint material shall be confirming to Ministry of surface transport (MOST) specification 803.4 VoI I as laid down in specification of road/bridge work third revision after cleaning surfaces complete all as specified.
