Excavation in soil in hilly areas in all heights and depths, in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work (both in soft and hard rock) with chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to the required lines, grades, side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to technical specifications clauses 1603.1 & 1603.2, sorting out useful/ unuseful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of useful materials for filling in road-ways, embankments for grades improvements and levelling to the required grade and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of roads or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its levelling, fine dressing and including all labour, machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means ( if required). Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and technical specification for rural roads clause 305 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etcetra and to protect stability of hill side, rock shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and levels as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, filling of unevenness, blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to stream flow, seepage, rain and other causes, it shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated nominal mix 1:6:12 (one cement: six sand: twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1206 Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing complete and carriage of material within all leads, lifts/depths or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1206 Coursed rubble masonry (2nd (second) sort) in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : Six sand) including curing complete and carriage of material within all leads, lifts/depths or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm (Six hundred millimetre) with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1206.3 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts/depths or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of random rubble dry stone masonry for Retaining/Wall and Breast Wall for sub structure and super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 704.6 & 1604 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts/depths or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for cutting involved for sub grade) to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD. specifications complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentals charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etcetra with earth or quarry soil etcetra and rerolling the sub grade complete as per HPPWD Specifications complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentials charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement as per Technical Specification Clause 303 complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentals charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentals charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates by mechanical means of 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN (eighty-hundred kilo newton) in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fillup the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-2 (two) as per Technical Specification clause 405 complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentals charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates by mechanical means of 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN (eighty-hundred kilo newton) in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fillup the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-3 (three) as per Technical Specification clause 405 complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentals charges.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm ( Zero point eight five kilogramme per square metre) using mechanical means as per Technical specification Cluase 502 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals charges..

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg/sqm (zero point two seven five kilogramme per square metre ) on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals charges.

Providing and laying Semi Dence bituminous concrete with 60-80 TPH (Sixty-Eighty) batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 50 (Fifty) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.0 (five point Zero) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals charges.

Construction of V-Shape Drain with mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete M-10 (ten) grade nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) with thickness of concrete as 10cm (ten centimeter) and size of drain 45X35cm (forty five into thirty five centimeter) and curing complete including cost of form work consisting as per standard drawing and MORD. specifications clause 1606.1 as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete in all respect including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Construction of U-Shape Drain with mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete M-10 (ten) grade nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete including cost of form work consisting as per standard drawing and MORD. specifications clause 1606.1 as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete in all respect including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Construction of parapets in cement concrete 1:5:10( One cement :Five Sand :Ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm(Forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of Form work with steel plates as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete in all respect including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing of typical NABARD informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing.Three MS plates of 1.6mm (one point six millimeter) thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm (twenty five millimeters x five millimeter) size on back on edges.The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mmx5mm (twenty five millimeters x twenty five millimetres x five millimeters). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 (two) Nos. 75mm x 75mm (seventy five millimeters x seventy five millimetres) of 12 (twelve) SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 (fifteen) grade blocks of 450mmx450 mmx 600mm (four hundred fifty millimetres x four hundred fifty millimetre x six hundred millimetre) 600 mm (six hundred millimetre) below ground level.The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x47mm (forty seven millimetre into forty seven millimetre) of 12 (twelve) SWG steel plate tube. All M.S will be stove enamelled on both sides.Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing clause 1701 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of citizen information board as per specification and drawing two M.S. plate 1.6 mm thick duly welded with M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm on edges , supported with 2 nos vertical post and 2 nos horizontal post mase of 75 mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes duly embedded in and including cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600 mm x 600 mm x 750 mm below ground level. All M.S . will be stove enameded on both side Lettering and painting with ready mixed synthic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All section of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per specification clause 1701 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of tipical NABARD 2.00 km . board as per specification and drawing two M.S. plate 1.6 mm (one point six millimeter) thick duly welded with M.S. angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm twenty five millimeters x twenty five millimetres x five millimeters) on edges , supported with 2 nos vertical post and 2 (two) nos horizontal post mase of 75mmx75mm (seventy five millimeters x seventy five millimetres) of 12 (twelve) SWG sheet tubes duly embedded in and including cement concrete M - 15 grade blocks of 600mmx600mmx750mm (six hundred into six hundred into seven hundred fifty millimetre) below ground level . All M.S. will be stove enameded on both side Lettering and painting with ready mixed synthick enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour . All section of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per specification as per MORD specification clause 1701 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ordinary kilometer stone (Pre-cast) with reinforced cement concrete M:15 (fifteen) grade of standard design as per IRC : 8 fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1703 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 200 meter stone (Pre-cast) with reinforced cement concrete M:15 (fifteen) grade of standard design as per IRC : 26 fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1703 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
