Taking down carefully point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc can be measured separately) removing the material from wall/ceiling etc, removing materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as per existing specification and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down sub main wiring of aluminium/copperconductor PVC insulated cable of any size drawn through rigid steel / PVC conduit GI wire accessories etc complete and removing materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as per existing specification and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Point Wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded with copper conductors conforming to IS specifications, with colour code drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit, PVC conduit fittings and conduit accessories incl acceesoires fixed on wall/ ceiling or concealed on wall and fixed on ceiling etc with suitable clamps, screws, etc or concealed in wall including terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6 mm MS sheet concealed in walls covered with plastic laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch sockets outlets, fan regulators, etc, including provn of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly all as specified and as directed for One light/ Fan/ Bell/ Exhaust fan controlled by one switch

All as per above item No 03 above but with 2.5 sqmm Single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade for one three/ five pin switch scoket combination 5 Amps on independent board.

All as per above item No 03 but with 2.5 sqmm Single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade for one three/ five pin switch scoket combination 5 Amps in the same vertical/horizontal plane.

All as per above item No 03 above but with three runs 4.0 sqmm Single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable for one three/ five pin switch socket combination 15 Amps on independent board.

Supply and fixing one module switch modular type, single pole one way 6/10 Amps 230 Volts ISI Marked all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing One module switch modular type, single pole one way 16 Amps 230 Volts ISI Marked all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing socket two module type 6/10 Amps , multi pin , 230 Volts ISI Markedall as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing socket two module type 6/20 Amps and 6/10Amps twin socket , 3 pin , 230 Volts ISI Markedall as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix ceiling rose PVC polycorbonat, isolated body 3 terminal 230 v complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing Wall mounted fans of any type/ model, handing over to MES Store yard and Supply and Fix heavy duty Wall mounted fan industrial type, metal body of 600 mm sweep, 230 volts including 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable multistranded as required at site and connecting to ceiling rose complete all as specified and direceted. Taking down the existing Exhaust fans of any type/ model, handing over to MES Store yard and Supply and Fix heavy duty exhaust fan, metal body of 450 mm sweep, 1400 RPM, 230 volts with louvers to be fixed at outside including 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable multistranded as required at site and connecting to ceiling rose including making hole as required by user suitable to exhaust fan and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and direceted.Make: Havells, Model: Turbo force SP or equivalent in Crompton/ Orient

Supply and fixing LED flood light 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete including taking down old unserviceable light fitting of any type/ model and taken as credit all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of XLPE Insulated, Armoured Heavy Duty Electric Cable with aluminium conductor,1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 35X3.5 core Sqmm on wall/ ceiling/trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60Cm x 60Cm x 6 mm thick directly burried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below the normal ground level conneceted to galvanised earth lead dia 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron steel including necessery excavation earth work PCC chamber CI chamber cover protection pipe watering pipe etc. (Complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and conected to earthing test point complete including excavation earthwork, PCC chamber, chamber cover ,funnel watering and protection pipe etc all specified and directed and testing on completion. Note:- If the desired earth resistance is not less than 5 Ohms, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. (For TPN DB)

S & F of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Carefully Window/ Split AC complete unit from site and keep in safe custody and refixing the same after completion of Bldg repair work, including provision of necessary spares for AC in minor nature and replacement of copper tubing if necessary complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the old corroded Unserviceable LT Panel at Building No. 32 and Supply, install, testing and commissioning of indoor LT Panel/ Pillar Box Cubicle type , 440 volts 3 phase, vermin proof, Factory made tested/ CPRI approved) along with the following accessories and switch gears complete all as specified and directed.

Fabrication Details : Main frame 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle 25 x 25 x 3 mm, frame with front and back openable, double door sytem lockable / openable by keys with lovers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air, U gasket for making complete vermin proof, the bottom plate shall be detachable plate type having provision for entry of armoured cables of adequate sizes with glands and the inner shall partition sheets / covers / doors of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet, gland plates 1.6 mm thick MS sheet (undrilled) 50mm apace all around with powder coated metal stand with provision for earthing stud at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull, ingress of protection of outer shall be IP-54, base frame on ICMS channel of 50 x 50 x 6 mm with provision of incoming and outgoing cable entry at the bottom for outdoor installation, free standing floor mounted and locking arrangements Bus bar details : Material shall be alluminum bus bar, colour coded sleeving heat shrinkable type, with bus bar of 1.5 times of incomer for phase and full rated capacity for neutral . Flat, neutral 40x10mm Al flat and bus bar support of F calss insulators epoxy type, earthing of 40x6 mm GI Flat.

Painting Detais : Pillar box shall be of powder coated with pure polyster simens grey structural RAL 7032 sahde.

Wiring : Panel wiring shall be of 1.5 sq mm copper stranded with 6A MCB wiring for control wiring and indication lamps
