Providing & Fixing Premium quality Vitrified tiles (Double charged) (on existing flooring including hacking of surface) of size 600X600mm 9mm ± 1mm thickness as per market in floors conforming to IS 15622 of approved make Kajaria / Cera / RAK / Johnson in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in spacing of 2mm by using spacebars or lugs and providing matching epoxy pigment of MYK laticrete / Roff / saint gobain to maintain the level including required materials etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing 1st quality matt finished vitrified outdoor tile flooring (on existing flooring including hacking of surface) of size 600mmx600mm of 9mm ± 1mm thickness as per market in floors conforming to IS 15622 of approved make Kajaria / Cera / RAK / Johnson in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in spacing of 2mm by using spacebars or lugs and providing matching epoxy pigment of MYK laticrete / Roff / saint gobain to maintain the level including required materials etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing 1st quality anti-skid floor tiles in toilets (on existing flooring including hacking of surface) of size 300mmx300mm of 9mm ± 1mm thickness as per market in floors conforming to IS 15622 of approved make Kajaria / Cera / RAK / Johnson in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and providing matching epoxy pigment of MYK laticrete / Roff / saint gobain to maintain the level including required materials etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing 1st quality Glazed wall tiles in toilets (on existing walls including hacking of surface) of size 300mmx600mm (Concept) of 15mm ± 1mm thickness as per market in floors conforming to IS 15622 of approved make Kajaria / Cera / RAK / Johnson in all colours and shades laid on 15mm thick cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and providing matching epoxy pigment of MYK laticrete / Roff / saint gobain to maintain the level including required materials etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 7 mm thick pre finished gypsum tile boards of Armstrong / USG knauf or equivalent make (Equivalent cost & Specifications) of Size 600 x 600 mm of approved texture, design and patterns, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised powder coated iron section of 0.33mm thick comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to formgrid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L- shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphey wall/ partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 50mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The workshall be carried out as per specifications complete all as directed.

Apply two coats of premium quality arcylic emulsion paint of interior grade of approved brand like Asian paints (Royal shine) / Berger (silky luxury) and manufacture, Including applying additional costs wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required etc., complete.

Providing Two(2) coats of white washing with suryacem / Hitech gold to ceiling surfaces after through scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface to give even shade etc., complete all as directed.

Apply two coats of premium quality weather proofing arcylic Exterior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (apex ultima) / Berger (Long Life 10) where ever specified by Engineer in charge. (Rate includes removal of old paint with Buffing machine)

Applying putty of total thickness 1mm in two coats of approved brands Birla / JK / Asian to wall surfaces at all heights including applying suitable primer after through scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the old paint surface by manually / mechanically including necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing anodized extruded aluminium partitions with frame 65 x 40 mm with suitable door, part pannelled and part glazed with ACP Panel sheets / pre-laminated flat pressed particle board thickness not less than 10mm (NOVAPAN, ECOBOARD etc) of approved colour & make. Aluminium sections shall be powder coated with approved colour of 50 Microns conforming to IS:1948, fabricated from extruded sections of INDAL / JINDAL or approved equivalent make having minimum 1.5 mm wall thickness as per IS:1285, IS:733. Glazing shall be frosted / clear float glass (as per user requirement) of 5 mm thickness of approved make SaintGobin / Modifloat including sanp fit type beading, concealed screws, fixtures (like tower bolts, hold fast, handles both sides, door stoppers with rubber shoes, 'L'drops, stays etc) with godrej lokcing arrangement for doors including cost of PVC / neoprene gasket fits all complete with necessary fillingup of gaps at the junctions, at top, bottom and sides etc., complete. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required. (overall dimesinons will be measured for payment)
