Providing and fixing PVC panelling to walls and ceilings using premium quality virgin PVC tongue-and-groove panels of approved shade, colour, and design, not less than 6 mm thick, fixed over an approved framework of GI channels/treated wooden battens at suitable spacing with stainless steel screws/clips, including all necessary PVC edge trims, corner profiles, joining strips, adhesives, fasteners, cutting, fitting, finishing, and making good the surfaces complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work

Providing and fixing steel Door,grilling of windows including all fixtures incl painting charges complete job
