Providing concrete for plain concrete (1:4:8) using 40mm metal in open foundations nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH etc.,

Plastering 12mm thick single coat in CM (1:5) 12 mm thick including c/c of all materials like cement, sand,water etc., to site, other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges curing, etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS 901,903 & 904)

Construction of 20 KL OHSRs of 9.4 mtrs staging with M30 grade design mix in the habitations and locations selected by the department , as per drawings and as specified in Technical Specifications including earth work excavation in all types of soils in wet or dry conditions for foundations including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost and fabriation of steel, fixtures, labour charges and testing the reservoir for water tightness etc., complete for finished item of work as per the Standard Specifications and as per the provisions made in the current SOR 2020-21. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour charges and all taxes, duties and levies, etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding GST and Seigniorage charges, including Overheads and Contractors Profit @13.615%. 1). All concrete members shall be designed with M30 grade design mix. 2) Rate is for OHSRs with RAFT FOUNDATION 3) Rate inclusive of three coats of epoxy paint Food Grade of best quality to inner surface of the Reservoir including roof. 4) Rate inclusive of 2 coats of weather proof emulsion painting for external surfaces, lettering as per Department direction, all required fixtures,CI D/F pipes, bends, DI D/F Gate Valves PN1.6 for outlet and scour etc., for pipe connections including cost of pipes, bends and valves as per departmental designs and drawings. 5) The above rates are applicable for basic wind speed of 150 KMPH . Fixtures include : a) RCC or Aluminium ladder inside reservoir of 0.60 m wide. b) Spiral staircase on the outside shall be provided c) Lightening arrestor of approved pattern, including conductor and earthling etc., d) RCC ventilators with copper or stainless steel fly proof mesh. e) D.I Manhole cover with frame of 0.60x0.60m as per IS specifications (light duty) - 2 Nos. f)Water level indicator of good quality with ebonite/copper float of approved pattern-1 No. g) Railing with Stainless Steel of grade 304 in two rows around OHSR fixed in RCC (1:2:4) of post of size 100x75x75mm with 1.5m intervals around the pheriphary on top of OHSR for a height of 1.20 Mtrs. i) D.I swan neck ventilators shall be provided in top dome and slab. j). Bed Blocks of 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.30m in CC M15 Mix below all the duck foot bends k) The rates are inclusive of CI verticals for all inlet, out let, overflow and scour connections( as per estimate diameters) and D.I valves.
