PROVIDING CATERING SERVICE FOR INDIRA CANTEEN IN THE LIMITS OF CMC SIRUGUPPA,TMC SANDUR,TMC KAMPLI,KUREKUPPA, KURUGODU &TP TEKALAKOTE,KUDUTHINI IN BALLARI DISTRICT.

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in its name should have Satisfactory completed as prime Supplier/tenderer, at least one similar goods and services (in one Supply Order) such as Providing Catering Services and / or running hotel/canteen/ Restaurant of value not less than Rs 151.62 Lakhs in last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 (performance certificate must be certifying by the competent authoritynot less than the Ranking of EE)

The tenderer/firms/individuals should have Registered with the Concerned Statutory Authorities (Tenderer needs to submit registration certificate from the competent authority)

The tenderer/firms/individuals should have registered with Labour Department (Labour Licenses),

The tenderer/firms/individuals should have registered with Regional Provident Fund Commissioner for Provident Fund(PF)

The tenderer/firms/individuals should have registered with Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESI)

Copies of license issued by the department of health and family welfare/competent authority under FSSAI Act 2006 to ensure quality of food supplied

Valid GST Certificate

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover Rs 606.48 Lakhs.( Certified with UDIN number).

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs 90.97 Lakhs Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.(Banker Certificate is in prescribed format provided in bid document)
