Replacement of Aerodrome Rotating Beacon and Landing-T at C.A. Porbandar

SITC of Airport LED Rotating Beacon (2 LAMP) type L-802A, FAA certified / Compliant FAA AC 150/5345-12F with upto-date amendments, LED shall indicate green & white flash alternatively, must appear at any point throughtout 360 degree azimuth, Minimum effictive intensity of white flash 75000cd at Elevation angle in degrees 3 to 7 and suitable to operate on 220V 50 Hz AC supply etc, Lamp life 55000 hours (minimum), having remote control capability, Operational status monitoring, LED fault monitoring facilities, IPX5, Temperature range - -0℃ ~ +55℃, Wind withstand capacity -160km/h, including civil / MS foundation work, ON/OFF control panel, extension ON/OFF of beacon from control desk of ATC/Fire tower, all required switches, contactors, connection/inter-connections etc. including testing and commissioning of the beacon and confirming to tenders technical specifications, terms and conditions etc. complete as required complete.

SITC of frangible LED illuminated landing direction indicator (Landing H) conforming to ICAO Annex 14, volume I & Aerodrom design manual part 4 consisting of three rectangular AL limbs having length of 4000 mm each supported with 50 mm dia Aluminium frangible pipe of 1350 mm length & flanges, suitable wattage linear LED lights with driver, minimum IP65 for each limb, each circuits to operate on 230 V, 50 Hz AC supply providing control unit with suitable control transformer, toggle switches, Relay, Contactor, copper wiring upto JB etc. as required for remote operation of landing T from CCR hall as well as from control tower, connections or interconnections, civil foundations for each legs with MS anchor base plate, casting pedestal up to 1 mtr all around the landing H with 1:2:4 cement concrete of 100 mm thick and neat finish top, painting/powder coating, all required materials & SS hardware etc. as required and confirming to tenders technical specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required

Dismantling of existing H- Indicator from site and shifting to desired location (Store Room) including breaking of existing foundation of H-indicator etc. complete as required.

Supply of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS : 7098 (Part:-I) /1988 with upto date amendments etc.,as required.of following sizes : 4 C X 16 Sq.mm

Supply of following sizes of 1100V PVC insulated & Sheated with Bare Annealed Copper Conductor as per lS:694-2010 complete as required and as per specifications 4C X 2.5 Sq.mm

Supply of 50 mm OD, SDR 13.6, ISI‑marked HDPE pipe, PE100 grade, conforming to IS 4984:2016, in standard straight lengths, suitable for laying of HT AGL cables, complete as required at site.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with good soil after laying of cable, pipe, warning tape etc ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meters.

Excavation in hard rock/PCC/bituminous not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meters.

Supply & fixing of precast RCC Round type cable manhole chamber of Dia. (I.D.) 1.0 M and height 1.0 M with all around (including base) wall thickness not less than 100 mm, with top cover (as mentioned below) but with socket-type arrangement suitable to receive RCC cover plate on the top, and having two clear holes, 100 mm above bottom surface — suitable to receive 50 mm dia (outer dia) HDPE pipe. The chamber shall be installed with excavation in soft/hard soil and consolidated with excavated earth all around by ramming and watering. Also Supply and fixing of suitable precast RCC cover plate for cable chamber, conforming to EN 124 Class C250. Cover shall be socket-seated, reinforced, corrosion-resistant, and include lifting hooks and locking arrangement. A PCC slope apron of M15 grade concrete, 100 mm thick at chamber edge tapering to ground level over 400 mm width shall be provided all around the chamber to avoid wheel snag and edge erosion. Complete as required.

Laying of 50 mm OD HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) pipe, SDR 13.6, PE100 grade, along with all accessories such as couplers,sockets, bends, including cutting, fitting in existing trenches between transformer housing boxes or for feeder cable routes or other cable routes complete in all respects as per site requirements.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power/control cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm (Power Cable)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 100 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in concrete / bituminous road / paver block complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (50 cm deep) and re-filling and making the same as it is by providing concrete/ paver block etc complete as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire in open duct along with tie with HDPE pipe below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.
