The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor At least any Construction work of value not less than Rs. 7.50 Lakhs (Inclusive of GST) in the last Five financial years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). The certificate issued by the Competent Authority not below the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCL works and not below the rank of Executive Engineer and equivalent in case of other Government Organizations is to be uploaded in the Technical bid. (Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2026-27).

Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Tender capacity : (A x N x 5.0 - B), where A- Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N - Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited for 0.25 years. B - Value at 2026-27 price level of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.25years (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited).
