Appointment of Agency for Designing, Conceptualization, Installation and Maintenance of Stall for 19th Urban Mobility India Annual Conference-cum-Expo from 23rd to 25th October 2026 Bhubaneshwar, Odisha

Conceptualization, creative design, fabrication, installation, maintenance and dismantling of a bespoke Aqua Line (Metro Line-3) exhibition stall of international exhibition standards, based on an approved concept and a new, innovative and creatively developed theme showcasing the engineering marvel, advanced technology, innovation and underground infrastructure of the project. The proposed theme shall incorporate suitable emerging technologies and interactive experiences that can be demonstrated within the stall to effectively communicate the project’s technological innovations and key achievements. The scope shall include a distinctive 3D fascia and façade, feature entrance, structural and spatial elements, flooring, display surfaces, interactive and immersive installations, dedicated selfie/photo point, Aqua Line branding, signage, graphics, project information displays, integrated lighting and electrical systems, power distribution, wiring, fixtures, premium finishes and all associated works required to deliver a high-impact, technologically advanced and engaging visitor experience.

Supply and installation of an integrated audio-visual and digital communication system, including interactive LED/LCD/video screens, media playback and control systems, audio equipment and professionally developed/adapted content covering Metro Line-3 overview, stations, alignment, connectivity, interchange information, project features, construction progress, photographs, videos, maps, animations, and other approved material.

Reception and visitor management facility, including integrated reception counter, chairs, storage, electrical provisions and deployment of one trained receptionist for visitor assistance, coordination and one photographer (as per the requirement) for photography during the exhibition.

Visitor amenities and stall décor, including potted plants/palms, brochure stand, visitor book, dustbin, card/feedback box, sweets with serving bowl and other required visitor amenities

High-speed Internet/Wi-Fi connectivity with adequate bandwidth for uninterrupted operation of digital displays, AV systems and other stall requirements, including necessary equipment and accessories.

Transportation, operation, technical support, maintenance, housekeeping, consumables, daily upkeep, dismantling and removal, including all incidental works required for smooth functioning of the Metro Line-3 Project exhibition stall throughout the exhibition period.
