Description

Fabrication of VCB Panel with suitable mounting structures and associated civil works Supply, Installation, testing and comissioning of 11KV 1200 Amps 3 phase 3pole 50Hz Outdoor type Vaccum Circuit Breaker, along with protection as per IS:3427 : 1969, Breaker including CTs/PTs, tripping, closing coils and spring charge mechanism etc., as per required for incoming of the Transformer. The breaker unit shall consist of Protective relay having Over Current, Over Load, Earth Fault and other protections, built in power pack suitable to supply power for tripping and closing mechanism of the circuit breaker. The breaker should be rack out type. Necessary civil works for safe placement &.mounting of VCB panel at site will be in the scope of the contractor. Make: ABB/Siemens/GE/L&T

Construction of EARTHPITS Construction of Earth pit shall be carried out involving excavation of soil, providing & fixing of earth electrode of 3 meters length GI pipe (class-B) having 50 mm diameter. Job shall also include filling up of earth pit with earth enhancement materials (viz. Charcoal, sand, salt etc) after placing the earth electrode in the eaxcavated earth pit, construction of the earth pit chamber by providing bricks, sand, cement etc, providing & fixing of MS frame with 6mm thick cover (chequered plate) over earth pit, providing suitable funnel with 50mm to 25mm GI reducer on the earth pipe for water including painting, connection, tightening of Earthing strip with SS nut bolts, washers etc and connecting the same to earth strip/ earth grid etc as per the drawings, specifications and instructions of Engineer In –charge. Measurement of earth pit resistance and writing the resistance value, pit Nos. and date of measurement on a display board of size 15”x8”, 5mm thickness M.S plate with 35x35x5mm L angular 2-ft long leg fixed in ground painted yellow with letters in black as per instruction of Engineer in-charge

Providing, laying, fixing and connecting of 50x6mm thick G.I flat from earth pit to electrical equipment for earthing of equipment nearby to maintain double earthing for each equipment and as per instruction of EIC

Fabrication and fixing of Danger Board size: 2F X 2F and Name Plate for transformer. The danger board is to be firmly fixed on transformer yard fencing Gate.

Making power connections to VCB and Transformer HT terminals by providing of 3cx300 Sqqmm Alu Arm HT Cable 11kV (E) using suitable lugs and necessary accessories.

Replacement of damaged Insulator of HT Lines/Structure with a new Insulator 11kV along with all the suitable accesoroies.

Providing and fixing of Heat shrinkable End Termination kit suitable for 300Sqmm cable

Replacement of damaged lightning arresters with a new 11 KV, 10 KA Line type lightning arresters along with all the suitable accesoroies.

Repair of AB Switch by replacing/repairing the Interconnector which connects the Horizontal rod ( operating blades) and vertical rod( operated from ground)
