Construction of flood resilient road from Saya Dhulipada to Karanjei via Talabandha road in the Dist of Bhadrak under SDMF in the Dist of Bhadrak for the year 25-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 etc. complete & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Reinforced Cement Concrete including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing all type of Hume Pipes and Stacking within a lead of 1000 metres including Earthwork and Dismantling of Masonry Works including T&P, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoRTH specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing Close graded Granular sub-base Grading-III material as per table 400-1 ,spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing , Laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates in Wet Mix Macadam as per specification including premixing material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MORTH specifications for road & bridge works (4th revision) including cost conveyance required as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying Primer Coat with Btumen Emulsion on prepared Surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface & applying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using Mechanical meansas per clause 502 of MoSRT&Hl specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) including cost conveyance required as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th.Revision) including cost conveyance required as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory roller and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause-508 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) including cost conveyance required as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fine dressing and turfing including transportation by mechanical means with all lead and lift and placing of turf in position and ramming with thapies and including watering and cost of all labour, materials etc. complete as per Clause 309 of MORD Specification and as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Earth work in excavation of fondation in hard soil within the initial lead & lift including dressing & levelling the bed & depositiong the excavated earth away from the site etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Filling sand-Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1000 and 1200 of MoRD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC M-15 grade bed using 40mm to 10 mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by concrete mixer laying in layers and compacting by vibrator & all leads and lifts as per approved drawing & technical specification and as per section 1700& 2100 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works (latest revision) including cost conveyance etc required as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Rough stone dry packing/pitching in slope protection wall approns and revetments to designed thickness using hard granite stones of required size of approved quality from approved quarry including quarrying supplying cinveying and cost conveyance royality of all materials including T&P complete including filling the interstices with small stones by wedging and hammering finished to proper slope and level and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing Weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of roads Information sign board as per approve drawing including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T & P etc. providing and fixing of retroreflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC: 67-2010 made of A.C.P. (Aluminium composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminium with over all thickness of 4mm and aluminum thickness of 0.5mm on both sides as per requirement in table 6.1 of IRC-67/2010 and as per technical specifically of clause 801.3 supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 40cm x 40cm x 60cm. 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing including excavation, curring etc. complete as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 1701 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of typical Citizen sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Two MS plates of 2mm thick, top & middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The flat iron frame of both plate will be welded to 2nos 75mmx75mm of 12SWG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in C.C. M-15 grade blocks of 600mmx600mmx750mm, 750mm below ground level. The top most dimond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx47mm of 12SWG steel tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering & printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quailty in required shade & colour. All sections of framed posts & steel tubes will be painted with primer & two coats of paint as per drawing clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification of semireflective sign boards as per IRC-67 made of 2mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint white colour in front and grey colour on back with reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective tape of engineering grade as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on two nos. 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG square tube of 3050mm height duly strengthened by 25mm x 5mm MS flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701 (upto 0.90 square meter size) and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
